If You're 18 to 24, You NEED to Learn This Before It's Too Late! - Gym, Self-Improvement, Discipline, Stop wasting time
Bro, don’t be like Jeffrey skinny-fat, scrolling Instagram and TikTok all day, eating junk nonstop, watching porn, and jacking off like a monkey. Sleeping late, waking up late.
Be like Adonis: sleep early, wake up early, hit the gym, eat clean and high-protein food, journal, meditate, and work on yourself.
I'm not writing this for money. I'm not asking you to click any link or do something for me. Just read this blog and apply these things in your life. I won’t give you step-by-step actions I’m just giving you the mindset. Let’s go:
1. Invest in Yourself
Bro, invest money in yourself first get that gym membership, follow a proper diet. I know you might think, "I can do everything on my own." But trust me, you won’t understand the value of a personal trainer or mentor until you experience it.
The guy who goes to the gym, has a trainer, and follows the advice seriously mark my words he will have a better physique and discipline than you.
Don’t feel bad about spending money on books or good courses. That’s not an expense, it’s an investment. Because knowledge is power.
2. Build REAL Relationships, Not Superficial Ones
Bro, I know you're thinking the best relationship is having a girlfriend or wife but NOPE. First, you need strong masculine friendships. You need at least one real bro who pushes you someone you can go to the gym with, share mindset, growth, and goals.
Cut off negative people who laugh at your dreams. Stay around those who support you and give you value.
3. Avoid the Trap of Instant Gratification
Instant gratification means doing things you know are bad, but they feel good like eating junk food, binge-watching movies, scrolling reels, or watching adult content.
These things destroy you slowly. You’ll regret it later. Avoid it now or remember my words someday when you’re stuck.
Do the opposite: go to the gym, eat real food, journal, meditate, take cold showers, and learn new skills. Stay consistent for months or years one day, you’ll smile looking back at your transformation body, mind, and behavior.
4. Find Your True Purpose
Bro, find something you enjoy that also helps others and earns you money whether it’s building a muscular body, earning $10K/month, starting a business with your friend, or creating valuable courses.
Sit down. Write on paper your 2-year, 5-year, and 10-year goals. Break them into small, actionable steps and TAKE ACTION.
Don’t just sit there waiting. You’re a man you're a builder. If you want to build a business, you need skills and knowledge first. Read books, learn, practice. Then start.
Final Words:
Now grab a notebook, journal your thoughts, and write your action plan.
Because no one is coming to save you.
You are the man.
You must level up not just for yourself, but for your future wife, your future family, and the people who look up to you.
