Why I’m Quitting Social Media Again (And Maybe You Should Too)

     The other day , I was chilling and scrolling through Instagram. I tapped on this one guy’s story, don’t really know him personally, but we follow each other. You know how that goes. Then I saw it. He won a football trophy wit h his team. Apparently, he plays just one level below the top level you can reach at our age. And me? I’m like three levels behind that, not great. That moment hit me hard. My brain didn’t go, “Good for him, he probably worked hard for it.” Instead, it flipped into comparison mode: “Why am I not there? If You're 18 to 24, You NEED to Learn This Before It's Too Late! - Gym, Self-Improvement, Discipline, Stop wasting time

Bro , don’t be like Jeffrey skinny-fat, scrolling Instagram and TikTok all day, eating junk nonstop, watching porn, and jacking off like a monkey. Sleeping late, waking up late. Be like Adonis : sleep early, wake up early, hit the gym, eat clean and high-protein food, journal, meditate, and work on yourself. I'm not writing this for money.
